In October, the states that reported the highest murder figures were Guanajuato with 305, Baja California with 235, Chihuahua with 217, Michoacán with 215 and Mexico with 196 cases, the agency noted. Yucatan with one case, Baja California Sur with 7, Querétaro with 9, Tlaxcala with 10 and Campeche with 11 were the states that had the lowest incidence of homicides in the tenth month of the year.
