translated from Spanish: Approve the 2020 budget in committee; opinion moves to the plenary

The Committee on Budget and Public Account approved on Thursday night the opinion detailing the budget for 2020, so it went to full office to continue the discussion.
There were 34 votes in favour and 12 against.
Opposition lawmakers claimed they barely had a couple of hours to meet and vote on the opinion, the newspaper Reforma reported.
The deputies moved to an alternate headquarters, Expo Santa Fe, to discuss the budget, as it followed the peasant plant in San Lázaro.
The PAN announced that its legislators would not go to the alternate headquarters, not to approve the budget “in secret of the citizens”, and dissatisfied with the appropriations proposal made by Morena and its majority.
The opinion that was known on Thursday proposes to give less budget to autonomous bodies such as the INE, as to what they had requested, and instead it is given more to secretariats and social programs of the government of President Andrés Manuel López Obrador.
