Mundo.- Actress Martha Higareda shared a photo on her instagram account which generated various reactions among her followers. In her post the actress wrote a reflection on how positive thoughts influence her day-to-day life, however, much of her followers focused her attention on the surgeries that supposedly evidenced her lack of makeup.

I have been listening to my statements for more than 15 years just before bed “I am grateful, I am healthy, I am happy, I am shared, I find solutions to challenges, I am a good daughter, I am a good girlfriend, I am creative, I am grateful to God and with life, I am strong, I like people, my organs and tissues regenerate …” are part of the claims I repeat and hear from a recording that I make with my own voice Year after Year and so I speak to my subconscious just before bed.
