In a statement the SSC-CDMX detailed that Andrés Eduardo “N” and five of his collaborators were arrested on Tuesday in an apartment located at 8 Zempoala Street, Narvarte Poniente colony.
On October 30, 4 other operators of La Unión were apprehended in the same building, but “El Bandido” managed to escape that operation.

Among today’s 5 detainees stands andrés Felipe “N”, alias “El Colocho”, who together with “El Bandido” took control of The Union after the capture of the main operators of this organization.
The SSC-CDMX points to Andrés Eduardo “N” as the main responsible for committing the killings ordered by the leader of the Tepito Union, David “N”, alias “El Pistache”.
“The Bandit”, according to the unit, in addition to being leader of a Union criminal cell, was in charge of the distribution of the drug among the sellers, as well as raising the money obtained by its sale. He was also responsible for extortion in colony bars such as: Acoxpa, Pedregal, Coapa and Condesa, in Mexico City.
He would also have been in charge of the sale of drugs in bars or dens located in the colony “Bosques de Aragón”, mayor Gustavo A. Madero.
The unit detailed that to fulfill its obligations, “El Bandido” had several in charge sateers to collect the extortions.
