Morelia, Michoacán.- Through a statement it has been reported that the Cabildo de Morelia, approved an initiative by which, the City Council will provide training to its working base for the management of the Automated External Defibrillator (DEA).

In the administration headed by the municipal president, Raúl Morón Orozco, guidance campaigns have been constantly implemented to save lives, in addition to the acquisition of equipment that allow early attention to any eventuality, so now we seek to take the next step with the preparation of the human resource.

Aware of the above, the plenary of Cabildo approved this day a point of agreement that establishes an intense training for workers for the management of this utensil, which will be taught by staff of the Coordination of Civil Protection and Firefighters of Morelia.
Currently, the City Council has 10 DEA teams, some of them already distributed in strategic points, such as the pool “Paralympic Medallists”, of the Morelos Indeco Sports Unit, while others, through this action of social responsibility, may be placed in other points of citizen care or public spaces.
