Xalapa.- On social media they created and viralized the hashtag #LiberenADonRamon, with which they demand the release of Ramón Merino “N”, who killed with a shotgun the alleged kidnapper of one of his sons, events happened in Tecamalucan, in the municipality of Acultzingo, Ver.
According to reports on social media and local media, the events occurred the day before, when Ramon’s son was pursued by compact car travellers who tried to deprive him of his liberty, so the father apparently acted in defense and fired the weapon against the two alleged kidnappers, one was killed and the other apparently wounded.
Soon after, elements of the National Guard arrived at the site, along with the State and Municipal Police, who arrested the 66-year-old man.
Derived from the above, it was caused by the nonconformity of relatives and inhabitants of the village, so they blocked the federal road Orizaba, Ver-Tehuacán, Pue, at the height of the place known as El Mezquite.
Subsequently, the people who were in that block started the movement on social networks, which generated that hashtag and that people demand the release of Don Ramón, appealing that it was in legitimate defense.
