According to the IMSS, job creation in the last twelve months is 345,726 jobs, equivalent to an annual rate of 1.7%.
“This annual growth is driven by the communications and transport sector, with 5.3%; 2.6%; and business services, with 2.3%,” he said.
The states with the highest annual membership increase are Nayarit, Campeche and Querétaro, with percentages above 5%.
As of November 30, 2019, the base wage for the contribution of workers insured to IMSS reached 375.8 pesos.
This salary represents a nominal annual increase of 6.5%, which is the highest recorded for one November of the last ten years.
THE IMSS also disclosed that 13,533 people were affiliated to the Home Workerpilot Program in November, with an average salary of 4,679 per month.
