The National Meteorological System (MN) estimates temperatures of -5 degrees Celsius and frost in mountainous regions of Sonora, Chihuahua, Durango, Coahuila and Nuevo León; -5 to 0 degrees in the mountains of Baja California, San Luis Potosí, Zacatecas, Aguascalientes, Hidalgo, Veracruz, Puebla, Tlaxcala and the State of Mexico.

The new cold front will cause a “north” event with streaks that can exceed 80 kilometers per hour and swell of two to four meters on the coast of Veracruz and gradually in the Isthmus and Gulf of Tehuantepec.

In addition there will be streaks that can exceed 70 kilometers per hour with waves of one to three meters on the coast of Tamaulipas, according to the National Weather Service.
