The body of Nazareth Baptist, 15, was found inside the premises of the Autonomous University of Chapingo. The high school student was located after four days of searching.
The last thing that was known from Nazareth was that he went out to eat with a colleague, to a place within the same school, located in the community of Chapingo in the municipality of Texcoco, State of Mexico.
Mario Alberto Sánchez, deputy legal director of the university, explained that two of the young woman’s colleagues told the authorities that the child did not return to her bedroom.
According to the report, the last time it was heard from her was at 5 p.m. on September 19, when she was seen by a companion.
After initiating the search for Nazareth inside the campus, the child’s parents were notified of the disappearance, who confirmed that they knew nothing about her whereabouts. Subsequently, the University formally raised a complaint with the Public Prosecutor’s Office on 21 December.

That same day and the next, the rector of the institution coordinated a search brigade at the school, however, his body was located until Monday, December 23 and identified by his father.
The University of Chapingo gave the body of Nazareth to her family this morning and will provide the financial support, to pay for all the funeral expenses, as well as the transfer of the body, since the minor was originally from the Sierra de Hidalgo and was awarded, so stay interned in the campus.
