Reynosa, Tamaulipas.- The bodies of two murdered women were found in Cerro del Mercado street of the Lomas Section Fuentes colony with evidence of being tied up and tortured. The find was reported yesterday morning by a taxi driver to emergency phones, who claimed the women were slit, and the C-4 sent the alert to police corporations.
State Police came to the place and found the bodies of the two women on the pavement of Cerro del Mercado Cruz street with Sierra Leone, in front of the access to the Veterans softball camp.The two sturdy women had their faces covered with tape and were tied from their feet with mechats and from their hands to the front, their bodies were face-down. The occisas wore denim trousers and black blouse, each other a short with a black hoodie, both of which had painted hair. The shots were shot in both heads so they were dumped in pools of blood. State Police officers cordoned off the area to await staff from The State Attorney General’s Office (FGJE). Later, around 9:30 a.m., FGJE experts arrived at the site and performed various rigorous stagework, erecting percutid and warhead shells. Authorities commented that they had just hours of being killed in the same place, so they concluded the executors took advantage of the early morning and low light to shoot the women and leave them there. In the afternoon, the bodies of both women were identified by relatives at the Forensic Medical Service, where they had an autopsy. Authorities confirmed they were killed by gunshot swings in the head. Women were apparently a maquiladora worker.
