Morelia, Michoacán.- With no debate and only one reservation of article, the Law on Egress of Michoacán was passed for 2020, in the Local Congress.
With Morena’s opposition to the execution of 75 thousand 914 million 903 thousand 948 pesos, the vote generally resulted in 28 votes in favor and 6 against.
For their discussion, all the Members present refrained from going up to the parliamentary plenary and only Brenda Fraga Gutiérrez of the Labour Party reserved article 14, to add a last paragraph in which an amount of appeal is established for initial education, for gradual and increasing implementation.
As said by the petist, she was joined by the panista Gabriela Ceballos Hernández, who called her counterparts to vote in favor of the reserve.
The vote on the reservation was divided, but gave him the missed positively as 28 votes favored the reservation, 6 abstained and only Cristina Portillo voted against.
Thus and after 9 hours of Extraordive Session, the laws of Finance, Income, and Egress for Fiscal Year 2020 were passed.
