Mazatlán.- The mayor of Mazatlan, Luis Guillermo Benítez Torres “El Químico” announced on Thursday that there would be changes in the area of Social Communication of the City Council.No. He appointed Sergio Rubio as his new director of Communication, he relieves the work he performed, until a few hours ago Jorge Contreras who worked in communication but is now expected to work in the area of Playas Operadora.
