Durango.- Because of heavy snowfall that is happening some municipalities of Durango, the authorities decided to completely close the race of Durango – Mazatlan so that the carriers do not suffer some kind of accident.
Federal Roads and Bridges of Revenue and Related Services (Capufe) reported the closure of the Durango-Mazatlán highway in both directions due to snowfall.

The localities that have been painted white are Vascogil, located in the municipality of Canelas; Marquezotes de Guadalpe, Los Lirios, La Joya de los Quijotes and La Plazuela, in Canatlán; Ciénega de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe, in Santiago Papasquiaro and Bajío de Vacas y Pielagos in the town hall of Otaéz.
Also, also snowed in Buenos Aires, Ciénega de Frailes, El Columpio, Potrerillos, El Huacal and El conejo, in the municipality of Tepehuanes; El Durazno, Bastantitas, Las Milpas, El Tecuán and Alameda, in Tamazula; La Laguinta, Torance, Santa Lucia, Rancho Tío Juan and Mesa Rosada, in the town hall of Topia; Ciénega de la Vaca, in Guanaceví; The Adjuntas, Coscomate and El Salto, in Pueblo Nuevo and finally, in Astilleros, Tejamen and Villa Hermosa, in the Municipality of Nueva Ideal.
