They noted that for vulnerable groups, with housing where the cadastral value does not exceed 2.14 million pesos, the minimum fixed fee payment of 50 pesos of the Predial tax will be maintained. This will apply to pensioners, pensioners, widows, orphans, pensioners, separated women, heads of household and single mothers, permanent disabled persons and seniors with no fixed and low incomes.
These vulnerable groups will also be entitled to a 50% reduction in the bi-monthly quota for water supply duties, provided that the volume of consumption does not exceed 77 cubic metres.
