translated from Spanish: Cubillos will file a claim by the State Security Act by poster in that they point it with a gun

Two legal representatives of the Minister of Education, Marcela Cubillos, will file a complaint over the State Security Act against those who are responsible for a poster that went viral on social media, which and shows the authority threatened with a firearm.
In particular, lawyers will point to Article No.6 of that law, which punishes those who make “apology or propaganda of violent methods in order to achieve political, economic or social changes or reforms, constituting a crime against public order”.
At the poster, a call was made to meet at the Demre facility to request Cubillos’ resignation, before the boycott of the University Selection Test (PSU) last Monday and Tuesday.
In this regard, the minister explained to La Tercera that “such a serious threat to a person, in this case also to an authority and a woman, cannot be left without being persecuted.”
“Incitement to violence is always repudiable, it is not the Chile we want or the democratic respect that all citizens deserve, regardless of the position or place we occupy in our society,” he added.
It is worth noting that both Cubillos and President Sebastián Piñera reported this week that legal actions will be taken to determine responsibilities for the boycott of the PSU.
