With regard to acting by the municipal agents, the mayor of Guadalajara expressed that they regretted in full attachment to the regulation, however he said that there was a lack of judgment around the indications he had given regarding culture and art.

Ismael del Toro, clarified that on Thursday the artist was also allowed to perform in a public space of the Center of Guadalajara, however she was notified that for future occasions she should process the corresponding permit.
In addition to the public apology, the mayor of Guadalajara said that Flor Amargo’s team has already been contacted to return its instruments and even plans to meet with her today.” We have already contacted the Bitter Flower team directly; I’m about to confirm so I can have a personal interview with her.
