Culiacán, Sinaloa.- Neighbors of the sector El Barrio demonstrated on the boulevard San Andrés Apostol, to make known their nonconformity to the problem that exists on a stretch of the road and demand that the authorities of the City of Culiacán give them an early solution. The demand of the inhabitants is that this section is very small and that it poses a risk both to the drivers who drive around and to the same citizens who have to walk down that street.
In that sector is the shopping square Pabellón and on one side is a landmounted land owned by a private individual and where some neighbors throw garbage. Lorena Obeso indicated that the arrangements were already made before the City Council of Culiacán and they delivered an office through the open lobby, so that their demands would be met.

Linda Torrens, who lives in Porta Real II, said they are peeling the authorities to provide the support so that the assembled ground can be used as a road.
The boulevard San Andrés Apostol goes through several fractions and there is a lot of problem because the other part has not been opened so that the carts transit safely and properly; there have been a lot of accidents and lawsuits between people”
Rubén Castro explained that the authorities were made aware of the problems that settlers have in the roads, lighting, safety and hygiene sector of El Barrio, where there are about five thousand homes.
It also hopes that the City Council will reach an agreement with the owner of the land, to provide a solution to the boulevard.
