A judge on Monday ratified the six-month pre-trial detention measure for Keyla «N», the young woman accused of causing the death of one person and injuring another 11, allegedly participating in clandestine starters in Zapopan, Jalisco, and losing control of a sports car on December 27.
According to the local newspaper El Informador, the crimes for which Keyla «N» is held accountable are homicide, injury and harm to things as serious guilt and abandonment of persons as a doful, the latter since presumably after crashing the car escaped the place, without regard to the situation of the injured.
The young woman’s defense, according to Reforma, advocated that she could face her home roots case, however the judge considered that there was a risk that she would escape.
The same newspaper notes that while Keyla «N» has already been linked to process, it can still reach a reparative agreement with the victims.
According to The Informant, two men are wounded among the injured.
