La Piedad, Michoacán.- The Attorney General’s Office of the State of Michoacán (FGE), achieved the link to the process of José Luis G., for his possible relationship in the crime of sexual abuse, committed last Monday, January 20, in an institution in this city of La Piedad.
According to test data in the Research Folder, that day, the aggrieved woman – aged 15 – were in high school when she was sexually assaulted by the investigated, who also works at the institution as a prefect.
These facts were known to the relatives of the offended party, who immediately came to file the corresponding complaint, being able to obtain information about the possible relationship of José Luis G., in the illicit.
Once sufficient evidence was gathered, the public prosecutor’s office requested the respective apprehension order, which was completed last Wednesday.
Today, José Luis G., was presented to the Control Judge who after knowing each of the evidence provided by the Public Prosecutor’s Office, resolved its link to the process, set informal pre-trial detention and a period of 2 months for the complementary investigation.
