The figures of victims of the Coronavirus add to 106 deaths and 1,300 new cases of infected, this is what health authorities have reported.
Health authorities in Hubei Province (centre), where the epidemic began, said the virus had caused 25 more deaths and infected 1,291 others, bringing the number of confirmed patients to more than 4,000 across China.
They reported 24 deaths in Hubei province, where the virus was first detected in December, and one death in Beijing, the capital.
Meanwhile, the Chinese government announced that it decided to postpone the start of the second half of the second half at colleges and universities across the country due to concerns about a deadly virus outbreak.
Students are currently on vacation for the Lunar New Year and the Ministry of Education has not provided a date to resume teaching.
The government has also closed entire cities in Hubei, isolating some 50 million people in a broad effort to slow the disease’s progression.

outbreak, prepared to move its diplomats and some other connationals out of the country.
Japan, Mongolia, France and other governments were also preparing evacuations of their citizens in China.
