The 2020 Academy Awards are held this Sunday, February 9, from Los Angeles, California, USA, and the public is about to enjoy the annual party that will surely be filled with big surprises. Joaquin Phoenix, parasite film and Renée Zellweger would be among the winners for Best Actor, Best Foreign Film and Best Actress, according to the predictions of film critic Jake Coyle.
The film Parasites, from South Korea and directed by Bong Joon-ho, would be placed as Best Foreign Film and among the nominees are Against the Impossible, The Irishman, Jojo Rabbit, Joker, Woman, History of a Marriage, 1917 and There Was Once In Hollywood.The best-headed actress includes Cynthia Erivo( (film Harriet); Scarlett Johansson, (film Marriage Story); Saoirse Ronan, (film Little Women); Charlize Theron (film The Scandal and Renée Zellweger, (Judy film), and the latter would rise as a winner.
Zellweger won an Oscar in 2004 for Back to Cold Mountain, but her great performance as Judy Garland in Judy would give her another Oscar this 2020.
