America–Christian activist Dave Daubenmire plans to sue the National Football League, claiming that the Super Bowl’s half-time show was discriminatory against the Christian community. Super Bowl LIV’s half-time entertainment featured Latina divas Jennifer Lopez and Shakira in daring outfits, their sexy choreography was a hot subject. Many turned to social media to give their opinion on the performance, which featured Shakira dancing and belly dancing before Lopez writhed in a tube. However, Daubenmire believes that the energetic ensemble and unsolicited “crotch shots” will put his soul “in danger of hellfire,” and wants to sue the NFL for $867 million dollars. “I think we should sue,” Daubenmire said on his Pass the Salt podcast.
“Was there any warning that your 12-year-old son, whose hormones are starting to work, was there any warning that what he was going to see might cause him sexual arousal?” Could you walk into a courtroom and say, “Seeing what you put on that screen puts me in danger of hellfire?” You didn’t tell me I was going to see him! You just brought him into my living room.” Daubenmire considered the part-time performance “discriminatory” towards Christians. “You didn’t tell me there were going to be shots in the crotch.”
That’s discriminatory against the value I have in my house. You can’t do that, he said. I want to sue them for about $867 billion.

Daubenmire posted a follow-up video on Facebook claiming he was in the process of finding an attorney, and intends to file a class action lawsuit against the NFL, Pepsi and his local cable company for “pleasing pornography to minors.”
