The National Commission on Physical Culture and Sport (Conade) had seven audits and revealed that there are irregularities in the allocation and verification of 50.8 million pesos of the Trust Fund for High Performance Sport (Fodepar).
According to the First Report published by ‘the Control Process’ submitted by the Secretariat of the Civil Service (SFP), there are six observations, five of which have not been resolved.
The observations indicate that there are “regulatory detachments in the appointment of technicians responsible for the Conade, appointment of sports coaches, as well as irregular checks of resources granted to coaches and federations that have caused damage to the trust’s estate,” the document says.
Among the companies that have participated to divert and embezzle the public resources of the Fodepar are Edgar García Morales and Associates S de RL de CV, Scientific and Technological Projects S de RL de CV and Volare Travel Shop.
Others such as Grupo Armazo, SA de CV, Operadora Turística BLUO, S de RL de CV, Muller Planning & Logistic, SA de CV, and Saha Innovation Business, SAS, as well as the physical person María Otilia Serrano Zamora have financed and / or billed sports events of adapted sports federations.
