Finally, the Chilean Chamber of Construction (CChC) decided to unanimously support Juan Sutil as a candidate for president of the Confederation of Production and Trade, for the elections to be held in the March 12.
The decision was made after meeting with Sutil and the candidate proposed by the CPC, Ricardo Mewes.
Subtle, a letter from the National Agricultural Society, it won the support of five of the six branches of the CPC: CChC, SNA, Sonami, the Banking Association and The Sofofa.
“After analyzing the projects submitted, the CChC board unanimously decided to support Mr. Juan Sutil’s candidacy in the election on March 12,” the construction guild said.
They emphasized their conviction to “contribute to the development of both private activity and the country as a whole, which is particularly valuable in the moments we live in”.
“As we have reiterated in this period, our greatest motivation has been to promote a debate on proposals that contribute to the unity and strengthening of the CPC,” they added.
Finally, he added, “this is about actively representing the business world in all its diversity and continuing to strongly promote good practices, as well as expanding the spaces for dialogue and articulating consensus with other actors to build together, with the determined contribution of private initiative, a common project of society.”
