Mexico City.- Being a strong ally of the process of change in the country proposed by the president of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, through the 4th. Transformation, the municipal president of Morelia, Raúl Morón Orozco, urged to provide the municipalities with the necessary tools, since the Constitution, to implement this change of regime and thus empower citizens.
At the invitation of the federal deputy for MORENA, Porfirio Muñoz Ledo, the mayor of the capital of Mexico to participate in the “Meeting of Local Governments to build the Municipalist Agenda in the Context of the 4T”.
At this event, Raúl Morón, called as an urgent character, the strengthening of municipalities through a reform to the Constitution, which regulates the collaborative relations between levels of government and thus give certainty to society on the action of its Administrations.
He clarified that in the period in which this situation was realized, the municipalities must creatively assume the different challenges to be faced, with the intention of strengthening this system.
For his part, the federal deputy, Porfirio Muñoz Ledo, thanked Morón Orozco for his intervention and highlighted his management to make Morelia a worthy example of what the 4th should be. Transformation, since the citizens have really empowered and their administration has worked to achieve a state of well-being, through works and improvement of public services.
