Requests
Among the requests is the 90-day delay of payment of fees for water consumption before the Ahome Municipality’s Drinking Water and Sewerage Board (Japama) for those who consume the minimum fee, both in the commercial and domestic rate , dividing the balance into 12 months. In addition, it was requested to extend or suspend the term of licenses, permits and authorizations for up to 90 days; requested to suspend time limits on audit acts and administrative remedies. Similarly, they were asked to permanently strengthen the Covid-19 prevention campaign in communities; that a media campaign is being carried out in front of Headquarters on local consumption and that debits to service providers, such as garbage collection, are covered. López Valencia commented that the temporary suspension of the collection of local taxes such as the Payroll Tax (ISN), Accommodation Tax (ISH), water supply and construction right, among others, was also requested.
