Morelia, Michoacán.- 39 private schools in Michoacán will apply discounts on their tuition to support the family economy in the face of the contingency by COVID-19. This after the directors of the plateles informed the educational unit that they determined to make discounts on tuition that coincide with the period of isolation required, which correspond to percentages of 10, 15, 20, 25 and up to 50 per cent in reducing tuition payments in March and April of this year.
The Morelia campuses that will apply discounts are: Colegio Gabriel García Márquez, Centro Educativo Integral Mundo de los Niños, Mano Amiga, Instituto Dicormo, Conservatorio de las Rosas, Universidad IDESUM, Instituto Cultural Mexicano Michoacán, Universidad de Morelia UDEM, Cumbres Institute, Becker College, Everest Institute, Antonio Plancarte, Corabonni College, Instituto Valladolid, Colegio México Emprende, Little Friends, Cumbres and Ausubel City, Gestalt Institute, Ebenezer College, Kurhánguni College, Latin Institute, Melbourne Institute, Majestic College, Mariano Elízaga, Liber College, American College and John Paul II.
In the municipality of Uruapan were added the Octavio Paz Institute, Mexican University of Studies and Postgraduates, Center for Biscay University Studies of the Americas, Magical World, Little Explorer, Explora, Educational Institute The Kingdom of Sofia, Institute of María, Colegio José Vasconcelos, Instituto Monarca, Florida de María and Instituto La Paz.
Another municipality that solidized is La Piedad through the Instituto Paulo Freire, Colegio Interamericano Anáhuac, Centro Educativo, Colegio Juana de Asbaje and Colegio Cristóbal Colón.
