Hot Cakes stuffed with hazelnut cream
Ingredients
300g flour
12g baking powder
4g salt
435g milk
65g butter
50g egg
250g hazelnut cream
Procedure
Add all ingredients to the blender, making sure the liquids go deep.
Liquify for 1 minute at speed 1 and two minutes at speed 2.
Heat a frying pan with Teflon and add a little oil. Pour a little of the mixture and let it fluff.
Add a tablespoon and a half of hazelnut cream to the center of the hot cake and top with a little more mixture.
Flip to cook for a minute. So until we make all the Hot Cakes
Serve with more hazelnut cream
Chocolate chip cookies
Ingredients
400g flour
210g chewy sugar
210g sugar
4g baking powder
3g salt
10g vanilla
100g egg
150g chocolate chips
285g butter
Procedure
In a Bowl incorporate butter and sugars. mix for 1 minute with the mixer at medium speed.
Add the baking powder, mix for 1 minute, add the salt and mix a minute more.
Add the vanilla and egg one at a time and mix for another minute.
Add the flour and chocolate chips and mix at medium speed until all ingredients are mixed.
Form the 83 g cookies. Place 6 cookies in a container and refrigerate for 40 minutes.
Bake at 180C for 15 minutes and let stand on a rack at room temperature.
