After monday, April 13, the National Medicines, Food and Medical Technology Administration requested Hojalmar to recall two types of biscuits on Thursday banned the marketing of such products. AnMAT ordered this through provision 2307/2020 published in the Official Gazette, which states that “the marketing throughout the national territory of products labelled as: ‘Sweet puff pastry biscuits, Snack Matero Azucarado, HOJALMAR RNE No. 02-032.454/02-030.432, net weight 180g, RNPA No. 02-588258’ and ‘Puff pastry biscuits, Snack Matero Salado, HOJALMAR RNE No. 02-032.454/02-030.432, net weight 180g, RNPA No. 02-710207’ as both do not record in their label the declaration of allergens ‘CAN CONTAIN SOJA'”.
