The National Communications Agency is an agency created at the end of 2015 responsible for creating conditions to guarantee Argentines full access to Internet, fixed and mobile telephony, television, etc. This morning he was a trend on Twitter due to a controversy that occurred in an interview given by Gustavo López, vice director of ENACOM, for Public TV. In it, López condemned the fake news and, in the plinth, said the phrase: “They will regulate the functioning of Internet portals”.
Unsurprisingly, the video had strong reviews on the networks, so ENACOM owner Claudio Ambrosini issued an angry statement of this. The image of the statement was preceded by a text that read: “As president of ENACOM, I must have the agency make any kind of regulation on the contents circulating on the Internet as expressed on the plinth of a television program during an interview with a director of the agency.”
