It was almost two months since that Thursday, March 20, when President Alberto Fernández established the beginning of social and preventive isolation in order to quell the contagion curve by COVID-19. With the request to stay at home, dozens of activities, shows and services were suspended: and among the most beaten items was made visible that of the artists. The theaters were closed, television strips were interrupted, and film was even discontinued. In this context, dozens of industry actors and workers – such as directors, sounders, illuminators, among others – expressed the call for the activity to be enabled and thus return to their occupations, and to their wages, indispensable for living. In this context, Luciano Castro stood in solidarity with his colleagues and spoke of how the pandemic impacts his profession and emphasized being “solidarity” in all hierarchies and tasks.
