Mexico recorded a new coVID-19 coronavirus death high, with 257 deaths, for a total of 2,961 since the epidemic began.
According to the epidemiological report of the Ministry of Health, 29 thousand 616 people have tested positive for coronavirus, but 7, 802 are active patients, as they contracted the disease for the last 14 days.
The incidence of cases at the national level increased to 6.10 cases per 100 thousand inhabitants, but Mexico City is the entity with the highest disease burden when registering a rate of almost 23 cases of COVID-19, per 100 thousand inhabitants; morelos, Yucatan, Tabasco and Quintana Roo follow.

The Director General of Epidemiology, José Luis Alomía, explained that the Severe Acute Respiratory Infection Network (IRAG) notes that of 681 notifying hospitals, 652 (96%) submitted their report; there are 13,688 beds available and 6,754 occupied (33%).
In terms of bed occupancy, it is 33% nationally. As for fan beds, it is 27%.
