Elements of the Army arrested in Morelos the alleged intellectual author of the murder of 15 people in the division of Villas de Salvárcar, in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, in 2010.
According to the authorities, the detained man identified as Luis Gerardo “N”, alias “El Tío” or “El Narizón”, was located and apprehended in the city of Cuernavaca, after an Army operation.
In addition to the Salvárcar massacre, he is awarded about 900 murders including that of three people linked to the U.S. Consulate in Ciudad Juarez on March 13, 2010. For this crime, Luis Gerardo “N” has an extradition order by the U.S. government.

On January 30, 2010, while holding a student birthday party at the Villas de Salvárcar split, when at least 20 armed men stormed the scene and shot the present, leaving 15 dead and 10 injured.
Apparently the young men were attacked by mistake when they were mistaken for being mistaken for being mistaken for members of a gang linked to the Sinaloa cartel. The murder was committed by members of the criminal group known as “Los Aztecas”, linked to the Juarez cartel.
So far several arrests have been made of people involved in the shooting of young people such as Israel Arzate, who was later released because he was tortured to plead guilty.
