Uruapan, Michoacán.- The Attorney General’s Office of the State of Michoacán (FGE), obtained a link to proceedings against Jorge Daniel B., and Cristian Miguel B., for their possible relationship in the crimes of vehicle theft and serious qualified theft; events that occurred last February on the Uruapan-Taretan highway.
On February 27, the victim was riding a black Kurazhay motorcycle on the road, when at one point he was intercepted by a Nissan-branded taxi, type Tsuru, manned by several people, whomaged him with firearms and stripped him of belongings, of work tools.
After the robbery, those responsible fled aboard the motorcycle and a taxi.
The facts were made known to the Regional Prosecutor’s Office, so the respective acts of investigation were carried out, establishing the possible participation of Jorge Daniel B. and Cristian Miguel B., who were arrested last week, in compliance with an arrest warrant.
The detainees were brought before the authority that once he knew each of the evidence collected by the Prosecutor’s Office, resolved his link to process, setting pre-trial detention as a precautionary measure, and three months for the further investigation.
