translated from Spanish: Fire causes panic in Benito Juarez, Mazatlan

Mazatlan, Sinaloa.- The fire of a room located on the third floor of a house mobilized the rescue and relief bodies on Monday night.  Units of the two fire brigades in Mazatlan came to put out the fire that was generated in the house located in Juan Escutia street, between Avenida Independencia and Pedro Infante street, in the benito Juárez colony.

The elements arrived in cistern units in the amazement of the neighbors, who watched from the sidewalk opposite as the light consumed the wooden roof of the house. Firefighters climbed a staircase to the second floor and from there they went to the roof, where a room was enabled, which was empty when the conflagration began.
Veteran Firefighters personnel quelled the flames, which had already caused damage to the structure. The accident alerted the neighbors of Juan Escutia Street, who followed with their cell phones the manoeuvres of the rescuers. The bomber machines blocked the street for almost an hour, while the elements made sure the embers were off. Two women required care from paramedics. They were identified by the name of Mary and Martha Mary, the latter apparently inhabitant of the house where the fire began.
