Morelia, Michoacán.- Businesses that were closed by the municipality for breaching the order for suspension of non-essential activities during the health contingency by the coronavirus Covid 19, may immediately request the removal of stamps and the reopening of their premises, said Humberto Arróniz Reyes, secretary of the City Council.
In an interview, the official detailed that 14 commercial establishments were set up for staying in operation, despite the restriction on non-essential turns, as well as two complete areas in the Independencia and San Juan markets.
After mentioning that these businesses could not reopen or be received the corresponding fine for the closing penalty, until the completion of the health contingency, Arróniz Reyes indicated that they have the conditions to allow the reactivation of these spaces, in accordance with the measures to move towards the new normal that has made known the municipality ccomo the obligatory use of cover covers and antibacterial gel , the preservation of social distance and operation at a maximum of 25 per cent of its installed capacity.
However, it noted that the city council will monitor compliance with these new provisions, to seek to reduce risks of contagion and the generation of outbreaks of Covid 19 infection. If commercial establishments are detected that do not comply with these provisions, the temporary total closure will be carried out, Humberto Arróniz warned.
At the moment, there are no complaints or reports from citizens about businesses that do not carry out the protocols for reopening or that open despite not being authorized to do so, in case of gyms, bars, dens, nightclubs, sports centers and aquatic complexes, among others.
