translated from Spanish: Jalisco allows 25% gym reopening and contradicts Health

Federal Undersecretary of Health Hugo Lopez-Gatell said on Saturday that at the current level of the COVID-19 epidemic “we still don’t talk about gyms and pools because right now they shouldn’t operate, just like that”… however in Jalisco the authorities approved that gyms can return to operation, with 25% of their capacity.
In the official newspaper of Jalisco, it is mentioned that from Monday 15 June different economic activities will be able to start with the implementation of protocols for their gradual, orderly and cautious reopening, “since they are part of the most economically damaged sectors”.
In the case of gyms and sports clubs, it is mentioned that they can restart with a maximum of operation of 25% of their capacity, with restricted access of one person per family or group, without group activities.
“These activities may only be operated upon validation of compliance with safety and hygiene measures, protocols and commitments by the municipal authorities,” reads in the official newspaper of Jalisco.
In addition to the gyms, this entity will allow you to reopen from Monday commercial places and hotels, but also 25% of its capacity.
Jalisco, as reported by Federal Health, is one of 16 entities that will go to the orange health alert level for coronavirus from next Monday, June 15 and at least until Sunday, June 21
