Regardless of the candidate, if the 4Q wins in 2021 the entity would take a radically different course. There would be multiple changes, and not necessarily to improve and have greater development. The entity would become an appendix to the federation, and from that scope economic, social, political and cultural decisions would be made. Regional and citizenized agencies would not make sense, and would lack influence in government. There would be an institutional vacuum, because creating a new social and governance structure cannot be realized in the short term. Building a different regime is no task for improvising people. The example of this is what is happening at the national level today, where total chaos prevails. What happens in 2021 will impact far beyond the electoral. Sinaloa can be lost, in the broadest sense of the word. Hence the importance of the political process that is now underway. The worrying thing is that there is no one interested in the entity. Political parties are emerant in conflict, and social and business groups continue to inertia. A different and winning electoral option has to be built. In recent months, opposition parties have mediated their potential candidates. But none have the profile to successfully confront the polls. This must be clearly admitted. In addition, the parties themselves carry enormous smear. Citizens must require parties to give up their candidacy for governor, until they find a proposal that unifies political forces and citizens. Someone who is a different, politically and economically viable, innovative and, above all, socially inclusive government project. That guarantees honesty, efficiency, effectiveness and good results. It’s not about doing more of the same, it’s not about going back to the past. It is necessary to build a different, modern alternative with productive growth and real social development. It is necessary to overcome the political selfishness prevailing in local groups, in order to promote an electoral option totally opposed to the 4Q. If not, Sinaloa may be lost.
