Morelia, Michoacán.- In a virtual meeting of the Justice Committee of the State Congress, the opinions corresponding to the election of Judges to occupy the Sixth and Eighth Civil Chamber of the Judiciary of the State of Michoacán were unanimously approved, including twoterns, one for each Chamber, with the best qualified by the Council of the Judiciary.
These opinions will be taken over for their analysis, discussion, vote and appointment of both judges for the Sixth Civil Chambers and Eighth Judiciary of the State of Michoacán, to the plenary of the State Congress, where the members of this LXXIV legislature will have the opportunity to elect the best profile.
During this virtual meeting, the analysis of the dossier corresponding to the appointment of Javier Alcantar Hernández as Internal Comptroller carried out by the Council of the Judiciary of the State was also carried out and its ratification in office was approved.
Likewise, the analysis of the dossier corresponding to Judge María de los Angeles Llanderal Zaragoza and Judge Héctor Octavio Morales Juárez, who concludes their term on August 10 of the present year, was carried out, and the Justice Commission spoke in favour of his re-election.
