Culiacán, Sinaloa.- Despite having budgeted 30 million pesos for panties and opening mouths in fishing areas, the state government has not done the relevant actions to activate fishing in Escuinapa, Angostura and El Rosario as it should be, said the chairman of the Committee on Fisheries, Edgar Gonzáles.The local legislator, commented that, since last month , the State executive should apply these resources in favour of fisheries productivity and that, for these months, no more time to panties.
