Morelia, Michoacán.- The plenary of the Seventy-fourth Legislature, determined to declare the allegation of Political Judgment against the Constitutional Governor of the State of Michoacán, Silvano Aureoles Conejo, to be unwise.
The opinion presented by the United Commissions of Governance and Constitutional Points states that once the evidence presented by the citizens Salvador Juárez C., Sergio Ramírez H. Juan Antonio Torres Torres, Sandra Patricia Irepan, is not sufficient elements to initiate the Process of Political Trial.
The recitals state that positive action was taken because “multiple actions were deployed in order to protect people, since the State is the guarantor of the effective protection of the fundamental right, as in this case health and life, in addition the Governor of the State of Michoacán is a health authority constitutionally recognized in article 4 of the General Health Law , they also recognize it as a health authority which, in concurrence with the Federation, are responsible for implementing measures to prevent and control contagious diseases, as in the case of the Sars-Cov2 virus (Covid-19)”.
After determining that the Impaled Trial is inappropriate, the legislators left the rights of the plaintiffs safe to bring, if they consider it for their purposes and before another instance, another form of administrative trial.
