Profuturo obtained the first position in the MAS AFORE service indicator, which evaluates the attributes of retirement savings fund managers (AFORE) and the quality of their services for workers.
This indicator prepared by the National Retirement Savings System Commission (CONSAR) assesses four areas that together measure:
1.- Agility and quality of care in services.
2.- The territorial coverage of the branches, as well as the use of non-face-to-face care channels.
3.- The promotion of voluntary and solidarity savings. 
4.- The attention provided by the Afores to the applications registered in the e-SAR portal.

For the company, this result is the product of the continuous optimization of its operational quality in its different services and procedures; an effort that has also been endorsed by obtaining the first position in customer service of the National Commission for the Protection and Defense of Financial Services Users (CONDUSEF).
