Jordan announced today that it will be sending a fully equipped military field hospital to Beirut on Thursday to carry out surgeries, with 160 health professionals from all walks and nearly 50 beds.
At his extraordinary meeting, the Executive declared a state of emergency for two weeks in Beirut, who was classified as a “catastrophic zone.”
In addition, it announced three days of official mourning from August 5 to honor the victims of a tragedy that has rocked this small country and devastated large areas of the Lebanese capital.
