Through social networks, the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Oaxaca (FGEO) reported that through these facts the investigation folder 24240/FVCE/TLACOLULA/2020 was started, and that all possible mobiles were investigated.

According to reports from the Quadratin agency, a group of gunmen would have arrived at home where four men and two women were killed.
At the scene came elements of the National Guard, the State Bureau of Investigations, Police and Army, to initiate the corresponding proceedings.
Between January and June, 867 investigative folders have been started for the crime of murder in the state, according to figures from the Executive Secretariat of the National Public Security System. Of these, 348 were committed with a firearm.

Quadratin reported that on August 7, the FGEO coordinated simultaneous search at homes located in Barrio del Panteón, in Santa María Zoquitlán.
Weapons, ammunition, drugs, a tiger would have been secured in these tests and four persons, including a minor, were arrested.
