The young 15-year-old volunteer firefighter, Lautaro Yedro, is here for saving the life of a vanished woman in the street after cpR. From the fire station, El Peligro de La Plata, they made their photo and the story that made them proud. “We wanted to tell you something that fills us with pride as an institution, and it shows us that what we do really makes sense. On the day of the day, cadet Lautaro Yedro performed CPR on a lady who lost her vital signs on the road,” the barracks’ colleagues told social media. “Thanks to her quick and courageous action the lady was moved by the ambulance alive. Congratulations Lautaro and thank you for representing the whole of 272 so well,” the firefighters celebrated.
According to local media, in a quick manoeuvre, the boy saved the life of a woman who passed out in the middle of the street when he was in his mom’s business, on Mitre Avenue in Hudson last Wednesday. Lautaro heard screams outside the premises and peeked out to see what was going on, and when he found the woman lying on the ground he did not hesitate to save her life. When police officers arrived, they continued the manoeuvres, but the woman was still not reacting. The young man tried again and was able to make the woman wake up. She was taken by ambulance to a hospital in the area, where she is still in hospital, stable and under observation. The Vice-Governor of the province of Buenos Aires, Verónica Magario, shared on her social networks the note on the fact of the portal platense 0221.com.ar. “We would like to congratulate Lautaro, the Hudson fire cadet, a member of The Danger Barracks, who this week saved a woman’s life by performing CPR maneuvers. It is a pride for the Province to have bonaerenses like you. Thank you Lautaro!” wrote the official.
