La Chancha Muda launched the digital edition of his album-book “The Plague of the Hunter”, an original proposal of a historical tale based on real events. It can be obtained by clicking here. The album was released last year, and features ten songs, including “Carpincho” and “Verso”. It was recorded at Romaphonic Studios and Quark Studios by Facu Rodriguez, and mastered by Neil Pickles at Reveal Sound Studios.
This year, in the middle of the pandemic, they presented this conceptual work that was nominated by the Gardel Awards 2020. It contains a 140-page hardcover book format, with illustrations made with asphalt painting by the plastic artist Anibal Caubet recreating a historical photographic record. In turn, it has typographic printing pieces made by “Prensa la Libertad” and with the participation of Osvaldo Bayer in “La Chispa”.
