The secretariat of the Civil Service reported on Thursday on the dismissal of Israel official Francisco Benítez from the position of Assistant Director of Quality for Sport of the National Commission on Physical Culture and Sport (Conade).
“The Area of Responsibilities of the Internal Control Body at the Conade attested the improper provision of accommodation, food and use services of Villas Tlalpan facilities, to people who were not high-performing athletes and were not part of the National System of Physical Culture and Sport (Sinade) or the National Register of Physical Culture and Sport (Renade),” he said Public Function on the reason for the substitution.
“The services were requested by two public servants under the supervision of the Deputy Director of Quality for Sport, who was sanctioned taking into account recidivism and hierarchical level, as well as the appropriate conditions in natural persons taking on public tasks,” he added.

This resolution, concluded by the Civil Service, responds to citizen complaints of likely acts of corruption.
“Several of which led to the launch of several investigation files during 2019 and seven audits were carried out on the Conade, which identified 22 observations, as indicated in the Civil Service’s 2019 Audit Report.”
