Clinton previously served as secretary of state under the Obama administration along with Joe Biden, whom she formally backed for president in late April. Clinton also spoke at the summit, which refers to the 19th Amendment that gives women the right to vote, in defense of the vote by mail for the November election. He criticized President Trump for implementing what he called a “hostile takeover” of the U.S. Postal Service.

Clinton added that she fears Trump will use the mail service as part of an attempt to call into question the election results if she loses.
I have every reason to believe that Trump won’t go quietly into the night if he loses, Clinton said.
“He’ll try to confuse us. He will try to bring all kinds of lawsuits.”
Biden is expected to formally accept the Democratic nomination for the presidency of his home state of Delaware during the four-day virtual Democratic National Convention next week.
