The physical loss of Marcelo Baffa occurs on the same day that Osvaldo Wehbe’s death was reported at age 63. The Turk, another great exponent of Argentine radio and sports journalism, had been in hospital for more than two weeks because of a stroke. He was one of the great masters of the story.

The Turk Wehbe was interned at the Regional Clinic of Sud de Córdoba, his hometown. Around midnight on Sunday, July 26, he suffered a spike in blood pressure and decompensated. He was immediately hospitalized and has since been admitted to intensive care with a very delicate health picture. This Thursday afternoon Chain 3 confirmed his death at the age of 63.
