So far there is an estimated 85,792 suspected cases of coronavirus in the country. They reported that there are 41,578 estimated active cases.
“We see that for five consecutive weeks there has been a decline, but in the last two the decline has not been so steep. We’re on some kind of secondary plateau, having reached a peak in COVID transmission,” the official detailed.
Nationally the hospital occupation is 34% for non-serious patients, in this area, Nayarit is the entity that tops the list with 57% occupied beds, followed by Nuevo León with 56%; Hidalgo, with 49%.
In the area of beds for critical patients, nationally there is an occupancy of 30%. Aguascalientes and Nuevo León report the highest level, with 50% occupancy; followed by CDMX with 45%; and Colima with 44%.
